Euleo is a Polish debt collection and business intelligence company which wanted to create a B2B platform integrated with its internal IT systems, that would have allowed entrepreneurs to comprehensively manage their receivables, starting from prevention, through debt collection control to debt collection activities.
There were no ready-made solutions able to meet Euleo’s expectations. It was imperative to start with conceptual and strategic consulting, which concerned the assumptions of the application itself.
The client asked us to automate its analytical tools. The business process, which previously had been conducted largely offline, was to be made live in a way that would be understandable and convenient for the recipients, thus improving the company’s performance.
Blue Paprica developed a series of business intelligence solutions for Euleo. We developed a Receivables Management System from scratch, which thanks to its modular architecture enables easy scaling and uses API integration for external apps.
Among others, the system allows for invoice monitoring, which reduces the risk of lost debt claims. We created a website which illustrates that particular system: rozwaznafirma.pl. For Euleo, we launched a debt and receivables exchange platform – niezaplacone.info, where it is possible, among others, to publish debts for sale, purchase debts and verify contractors. Our long-term cooperation with Eulo has broadened our expertise of the financial sector.
