How to make the first steps in e-commerce?
The Vinotti brand stands for a successfully developing chain of furniture stores, which are located across Poland. The next step in the company’s expansion was the Internet. The brand was seeking a technology partner who would create an online store tailored to its marketing strategy.
The project was to be integrated with the already existing sales support systems. The adaptation of the brand’s visual identity to its new life on the Internet in practice meant its thorough redesign and reorganisation. A particular challenge was the creation of a solution that would guarantee effective management of furniture delivery.
Our team carefully analysed the sales process in Vinotti stores as well as the logistical aspects of furniture warehousing and its delivery to customers. We took a close look at the sales support systems already in use. We examined the habits of customers and sellers.
Taking advantage of the data collected, we built the first online store in the history of the Vinotti brand, using the Magento 2 platform to ensure its full functionality from day one. Our goal was to make this online store intuitive and simple for both the client and the consumers. The precise integration of the store with ERP and the warehouse, as well as the full implementation of the omnichannel model allow the customers to collect the furniture purchased online in the nearest store or have it delivered home also from the nearest store. The client’s objective of optimising the delivery process has been achieved.
The website’s graphic design was created on the basis of functional wireframes. New customers knew how to navigate the site from the very first seconds.
The furniture is presented in a way that affects the imagination.
